Need help with Prana breathing practices, reminders, Apple Health, Apple Watch, or Prana Plus?

Email pranabreathing@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS/watchOS version, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send Health data or payment information.

Common fixes

For missing reminders, check Prana’s notification permission in Settings.
For Apple Health, unlock Prana Plus, enable Mindful Minutes in Prana Settings, then confirm Prana’s permission in the Health app.
For Apple Watch, install Prana from the Watch app on iPhone. Watch sessions require Prana Plus.
For a purchase issue, open a locked Prana Plus Moment (or Settings → Unlock) and use Restore Purchases on the Unlock sheet.
