Prana is a breathing and wellness app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Prana does not require an account. The free experience may show advertising from Google AdMob. Prana Plus removes advertising.
Free users may see banner advertising provided by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google may process advertising-related information such as advertising data, device identifiers, coarse location, and diagnostics according to Google’s privacy policy and the in-app consent prompt. Prana itself does not operate an advertising account system or sell your practice history or Health data. Prana Plus users do not see advertising, and Prana does not request advertising consent for Plus users.
Practice history and app preferences are stored on your devices. Prana does not send this information to a developer-controlled server.
If you unlock Prana Plus and enable the option in Settings, Prana can write completed breathing practices as Mindful Minutes to Apple Health. Prana does not read your Health data. Apple Health controls access to this information.
If you enable reminders, Prana schedules local notifications on your device. Notification content is not sent to a developer-controlled server.
Prana Plus is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Prana does not receive or store your payment details. Apple handles payment processing according to its own privacy policy.
